Modified by edo performance, this very special Ferrari Enzo features
performance figures that are even better than those of the FXX.
Engine displacement was raised from 6 to 6.5 liters which, along with other modifications, help the ZXX achieve 900 horsepower.
The owner of this car is Zahir Rana, a Kenyan-Canadian businessman who owns ZR Autos.
2011 Targa Newfoundland Incident
This car had previously been modified by edo competition, but unfortunately ended up in the Atlantic Ocean during the 2011 Targa Newfoundland. The driver lost control over some bumps and slid off the road. A video footage of this is available in the Video section.
Immediately after the mishap the Enzo was flown to edo competition in Germany. Removing the sea water as well as all damaged parts was the first step of the rebuild. At that time the decision was made to make special aerodynamic modifications to the vehicle. The styling of the car borrows from the FXX, but incorporates many additional features. The new custom-made interior as well as the newly developed edo ZXX design wheels complete the unique, breathtaking appearance of the ZXX.
After one and a half years of repair work, the ZXX was returned to its owner.
