German tuning company GeigerCars has unleashed a comprehensive package for
the Corvette C7 Stingray, worth $147,000 altogether.
By installing an Eaton supercharger, the U.S.-car specialist has managed to improve the output of the standard 6.2-liter V8 engine by 130 hp to 582 hp. Torque has also increased to 558 lb-ft (757 Nm). This is enough for a top speed of almost 200 mph (320 km/h).
Other changes include a KW variant 3 coilover suspension, lowering the car 10-35mm in the front and 15-45mm in the back. The Corvette has also been given a new set of wheels, measuring 19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear, wrapped around in 255/30 R19 and 305/25 R20 tires, respectively.
All the new exterior components, including the power dome, front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser, are not only lighter, but also improve the aerodynamics, according to the tuner. A new exhaust system with a sportier note makes sure this car gets noticed no matter what.
All these components cost a pretty penny, however. The complete car costs 113,000 EUR ($147,000), out of which engine tuning is 15,500 EUR, wheels 6,500 EUR, suspension 3,900 EUR, body kit 6,652 EUR and a special motorsport gold paint is 6,000 EUR.
