Double world champion Mika Hakkinen was spotted in Monaco in his brand new
McLaren P1. Finished in dark gray livery,
blacked out wheels and orange brake calipers, the supercar is strikingly similar
to the P1 owned by a current McLaren driver, Jenson Button.
Both not as extravagant or controversial as some of the others, but certainly fiercely competitive underneath, the gray McLaren P1 and Mika Hakkinen seem to be a perfect match.
Hakkinen drove for McLaren's Formula 1 team from 1993 to his retirement in 2001. He was crowned world champion twice, in 1998 and 1999, and was considered Michael Schumacher's greatest rival.
